Robert Campbell Edwards arrived from Ireland on the shores of Australia in the late 19th century with essentially nothing.  Within 20 years he had established a tea empire and built a fortune out of property.  Instead of living a life of luxury, Robert instead tirelessly dedicated himself to effecting social change, and in particular helping disadvantaged children.  Today his work is carried on through the Campbell Edwards Trust.
